What We’re Looking For:

SuperCare Health is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee a patient-focused team and overall operations of given branch locations. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, tracking and managing the finances of the locations, managing sales, and ensuring effective purchasing and inventory management for key focus products. Your leadership and strategic skills will be crucial in developing the team to drive customer-focused solutions while also ensuring the branch's success and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Day-to-Day Operations Management:
    • Supervise and coordinate all activities within the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Financial Management:
    • Track and manage EBITDA to meet or exceed budgeted financial targets.
    • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
    • Manage budget allocation and expenses effectively.
  • Sales Responsibility:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
    • Monitor and assess sales team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Assist in marketing core services and products to referrals, patients, and payers.
    • Contribute to the development of a strategic plan to maintain and increase market share.
  • Key Focus Products Purchasing/Inventory Management:
    • Identify key focus products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess or shortages, and conducting regular inventory audits.
    • Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer service.
    • Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members to achieve performance goals.
    • Interview, hire, evaluate, and manage staff as needed in collaboration with operational leaders.
    • Ensure team members meet competency requirements before performing tasks independently.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, and financial metrics.
    • Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and develop improvement plans.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and customers.

This role may be a fit if you have..

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in branch or retail management, with a focus on healthcare, medical supplies, or related industries.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing EBITDA and budgets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Sales and customer relationship management experience.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and purchasing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
