(Job Overview)
• Develop a high level of product knowledge and market application knowledge in order to effectively increase sales revenue and coordinate sales of network & system solutions.
• Find and respond in a timely and effective manner to competitive and market opportunities as well as communications from existing and potential customers.
• Make sales calls, develop the territory, and provide proposals, bids, and other project information to potential customers and influencers.
• Plan and coordinate the sale and implementation of existing products with Network Operation & Solution and Technical Planning departments.
• Contact existing customers to find out their needs and the possibility of expansion of business opportunities.
• Prepare written presentations, proposals, reports, and price quotations to customers.
• Maintain sales contracts with existing customers.
• Conduct sales promotional activities, including visiting & making phone calls to potential customers.
• Maintain existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and cross-sales.
• Prepare sales forecasts and annual budgets and plans of sales.
• Prepare and review assigned account information and issue invoices to the account monthly by internal system.
• Assist in the collection of past due amounts from assigned accounts as part of account maintenance.
• Prepare sales promotional materials and perform presentations to customers.
• Undertake market research.
• Assist post-sales provisioning staff to start up service for customers.
