Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Gas/Oil Burner Service Technician at Vulcan GT at our US location. The technician will be responsible for daily maintenance and repair of boilers and burners, troubleshooting any issues that arise, providing field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance experience
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certification in heating systems or related field
• Prior experience in the heating industry is a plus
