Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
- Allocate resources and effectively manage project budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, status updates, and potential challenges.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating them to perform at their best.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management, proactively incorporating them into project plans.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and managing expectations.
- Coach, mentor, and guide project team members, facilitating their professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in Electrical construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
- Project management certification (PMP) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
