Business Tax Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with business tax preparation experience to help our customers with their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products. This role will involve managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers.

What you'll bring

• 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year
• Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is strongly preferred
• Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software
• Strong customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner

How you will lead

• Use state-of-the-art video communications software to interact with customers
• Provide tax advice, full service business return preparation, and product/software inquiries to TurboTax Business customers
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy and your extensive knowledge and expertise in business tax preparation
• Work continuously toward meeting company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals
