Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help translate their vision for data-driven workforce management into technical specifications and a working system.
- Analyze, understand, document, and improve agency processes for workforce management.
- Advise on best practices for data management, data quality, and data governance.
- Facilitate communication between the EDM team and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on EDM program metrics and KPIs.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and prioritization efforts for EDM initiatives.
- Stay updated with federal human capital trends and integrate relevant best practices into the EDM program.
- Ensure compliance with all federal data standards, policies, and regulations.
- Develop prototype solutions, collect data, and package information to facilitate evidence-based decisions.
- Assist with the documentation of specific application functionality using tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Manage the backlog using tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow, Trello and/or PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with delivery Team to go through the sprint cycle process.
- Understand HR processes, best practices, and workflows to suggest process improvements or efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role, capturing requirements related to internal/external customers, user acceptance testing, and mapping current business processes.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
- US Citizenship required by federal contract.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Master’s Degree in relevant business or human capital domain.
- Experience working in the human capital / human resources domain.
- Experience supporting business analysis or development efforts in ServiceNow environment.
- Experience developing data visualization products.
- Demonstrated propensity for continual learning, development, and professional growth.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is: $75,157.00 - $127,767.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99).
