Job Description
Work from home nights and/or weekends answering calls, managing after hours activity and scheduling employees as needed for a Private Duty Non Medical Home Care Company. Must be available to work in the office to train and then once a month for a meeting. We are a non-medical in-home care agency placing caregivers and CNAs in the homes of the area seniors to assist them with activities of daily living. Must have a reliable telephone and telephone service and computer with internet access. Must be located in the greater Kentuckiana area
This position will be part-time for the best candidate.

COVID-19 considerations:Our caregivers wear a mask, a shield and gloves. Our office staff wears a mask and takes temperature and survey each day.
Compensation: $10,000 - $15,000 per year

As a Caregiver with ElderCare 4 Families you will:
  • Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including personal care, companionship and social engagement
  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience in caring for Seniors and/or Disabled Adults professionally or personally .
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
