BEVERAGE INDUSTRY-PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE SKILLS A PLUS
Growing company needs someone to lead operations driving continuous improvement and quality standards while supporting business development initiatives across the supplier network and co-manufacturing partners. Will oversee projects involving new plant installations and continuous improvement initiatives. Will manage the project timelines and provide technical support to co-manufacturing partners, optimize productivity, quality, and costs through technical support utilizing root cause analysis, defining audit plans of co manufacturing facilities, execute package launches, and collaborate with the quality team to investigate and resolve product quality issues. Will drive product improvements and new product formulations and guide on executing trials for new process development with co-manufacturing partners. Position will require 10+ years experience in technical operations as a factory/plant manager in the beverage industry. 60% National/International travel required including 30% to brazil.
