Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial team of 10 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Practice Highlights:
- Family Medicine with/without OB
- Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist
- Phone call coverage from home (week-long call, approx. 4-5 weeks/year)
- 4-day work week is possible
- 15-18 patients per day
- EMR – Epic throughout our entire system
- 24-hour specialty consultations available
- Practice with high pediatric volumes possible, no nursing home coverage
