Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Web Engineer in Fremont, MI. Summary: Agile custom software engineering is a critical success factor for the company and this role is a cornerstone for accelerating technology sales and servicing gains and the company's industry leading position. The ideal candidate is an industry proven, hands-on, large-scale, public facing senior web engineer by trade with a broad range of full stack software engineering capability and accompanying real-world digital accomplishments.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of software engineering experience using agile delivery methods
- 5+ years of large-scale public facing, direct to consumer e-commerce web engineering
- 3+ years of Java software engineering
- 2+ years of direct marketing and agency life insurance experience
- Ability to simplify large-scale system changes to minimize total cost of ownership (ensuing overhead)
- Must have an agile mindset and insatiable passion for innovation, agile delivery methods and continuous integration
- Autonomous team player able to lead effectively and build solid working relationships at all levels of the organization

Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 per year
