This is a hybrid role with our office being in Chicago, IL.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Strategist - Growth to join our B2B SaaS company, specializing in AI-powered software for law firms. This role will drive innovative, growth-focused product strategies from acquisition to retention. This role will focus on growth strategies, product/market fit and defining customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap with a focus on growth
- Identify, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and user behavior
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a focus on features that drive growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand sizing and needs across the market
- Understand user behavior through strategic qualitative and quantitative research
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity for product/market fit.
- Work with the Product Growth Manager, define and implement metrics-driven experiments and initiatives.
- Conduct analysis to uncover insights and identify areas for product improvement and market expansion.
- Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation and data-driven decision-making to accelerate product growth.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in product strategy, with a focus on SaaS product market fit and growth.
- Strong product innovation skills with proficiency in market research, design thinking, data analysis and techniques to research, analyze and define product strategy.
- Proven success in researching and defining effective product strategies, across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Proficient with product strategy and innovation tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, UCD)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices to enhance product usability and user experience.
- Experience working with ChurnZero or similar CS/CX Applications.
- Experience with CRO strategies is a plus.
- Experience in project and/or change management is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000/year.
