Do you love people? Do you love to lead? We want you on our team as our Digital Studio Director to serve Zion Springs, a premier wedding venue nestled in the heart of Virginia wine country.
What You'll Do:
- Friday: It’s go-time! Capture the warm, emotional moments of our couples’ rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
- Saturday: You’re front and center, documenting every stunning, love-filled moment of the wedding day itself, from the “I do’s” to the last dance.
- Sunday Morning: Wrap up the weekend with brunch, snapping memories as friends and family savor the final moments together.
- Engagement Shoots: Be a part of the story and capture the memories.
- Editing: Because we don’t just shoot; we tell stories. We want you to bring the magic to life in post-production using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Scheduling: Scheduling of pre-production and post-production.
- Digital Asset Management: Keep your photo and video assets meticulously organized.
- Content Creation: Create videos and still posts for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram with your gorgeous assets.

- Leader & Innovator: Be the creative eye we lean on to capture our couple’s unique love stories with an imaginative twist. We value fresh ideas, so you’ll have the creative freedom to explore, experiment, and inspire.
- Continuous Learner: This industry evolves fast, and we want someone who’s not afraid to keep growing.
- Photo Editing Experience: An absolute must. Lightroom and Photoshop are your bread and butter.
- Video Skills (Bonus Points!): If you can switch gears from stills to film, we’ll love you even more. Storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Tech Savvy/Tech Curious: A strong grasp of digital technology and the ability to troubleshoot.

The Pay
$60,000 - $75,000/year (based on experience). No more marketing, booking your own gigs, insurance, bookkeeping, etc. Be part of the team.
