Description
This position functions in a dual role performing duties of a liaison and clinical RN. As a liaison, the position is responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relations for home infusion and other in-home services programs as appropriate throughout the assigned hospitals/clinics. Work involves assuring appropriate documentation for compliance with facility/agency and statutory guidelines. Consultative functions include, but are not limited to: providing consultation and information regarding patient appropriateness for home infusion services and/or other in-home services programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year Acute care nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Infusion Nurse Society (CRNI).
- Home health or home infusion experience.

Pay Range: $46.65 - $73.84. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
