About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on challenges and brings a passion for excellence to every project. You will lead project administration, manage contractual agreements, and oversee performance and quality to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the construction industry, leveraging Aedifico’s AI-driven platform to streamline project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management : Lead cost forecasting, ensuring accurate financial oversight of all aspects of the project.
- Change Order Management : Track and manage project changes efficiently, ensuring all adjustments are captured and processed.
- Project Closeout : Implement effective closeout procedures, ensuring all documents and compliance requirements are met.
- Cash Flow Oversight : Maintain fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle by managing cash flow and payment processes.
- Schedule Management : Collaborate with superintendents to create and maintain accurate project schedules, addressing critical path issues to avoid delays.
- Risk Management : Identify and address risks early to ensure smooth project progression.
- Subcontractor Management : Build strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors while addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
- Team Leadership : Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, mentoring and developing team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with large-scale or complex projects.
- Strong financial and contractual acumen.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000, based on experience and market data. Aedifico also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your career growth and personal well-being.
Working Conditions
This position is a hybrid role, combining office work with site visits as required. Expect regular interaction with teams, clients, and subcontractors, both in-person and via digital platforms.
