Role Description :

• 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI-powered chatbots.
• Proficiency in NLP technologies like Google Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Microsoft LUIS.
• Strong programming skills in Python,Node.js, or Java for backend development.
• Front-end development expertise using frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and webhooks.
• Experience with chat frameworks.
• Familiarity with chatbot analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.
• bility to manage chatbot session handoffs and integrate multi-bot experiences.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
