Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile Trade AR receipts
- Partner with the Credit and Collections team on remittance and application tasks
- Provide back up support to the Accounts Payable team
- Review key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
- Lead Accounts Receivable projects as assigned
- Assist with month end and audit activities
- Ensure best practices are being utilized to increase efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Associate's degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred but not required
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). - Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize.
