Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile Trade AR receipts
• Partner with the Credit and Collections team on remittance and application tasks
• Provide back up support to the Accounts Payable team
• Review key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
• Lead Accounts Receivable projects as assigned
• Assist with month end and audit activities
• Ensure best practices are being utilized to increase efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred but not required
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
  Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize.
