In the position of Dir, Insights & Analytics you will be accountable and responsible for envisioning, architecting, preparing cross-functional leadership data and analysis of business plans. Responsible to lead and coach team of data scientists, analysts, analytics managers on data orchestration and visualization.
Essential Job Functions:
-->> Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, insights and data set analysis for various shopper and consumer focused data sources to support the broader Marketing organization.
-->> Ability to solve complex data integration requirements that include multiple systems, envision potential challenges, and determine solutions across multiple internal /external team.
-->> Able to manage and prioritize team requirements for large datasets, oversee and coach team through preparation of summary insights, in-depth brand, key takeaways, and communicate in writing and in visual representation.
-->> Manage collaborative cross-functional relationships with relevant departments to further amplify consumer engagement, retention and acquisition. Serve as an expert in transactional, consumer and marketing data and analytics, informing data agreements, integration requirements and use cases.
-->> Able to manage and prioritize team requirements for large datasets, oversee and coach team through preparation of summary insights, in-depth brand, key takeaways, and communicate in writing and in visual representation.
-->> Lead and manage data scientists, analysts, analytics managers on data orchestration and visualization. Recruit and develop talent, build processes to effectively create and deliver data and analytics insights and products, balancing short and long-term priorities.
-->> Lead the efforts to improve our measurement capabilities, such as enhancing methodology and establishing process on in-channel and cross-channel incrementality, and understanding of promotions effectiveness and efficiency (offer, duration, presentment) through in-market testing.
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science or related field of study.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in data integration, database management, enterprise data cross-functional requirements, dashboards creation, data visualization.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in team management, leveraging data, analytics and technology to deliver actionable insights to optimize performance.
Computer Skills Desired: SQL database, SQL queries, SQL Server Management Studio, Tealium (or comparable CDP) TiQ, Audience Stream, Audience DB, Event DB, Event Store, jQuery, HTML, JavaScript preferred but not required.
Preferred Certifications: Audience Stream (Tealium), Net Base preferred but not required.
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: PowerPoint, Data Visualization Management (e.g. PowerBi, Tableau, Looker Studio), Project Management Tools (e.g. Clickup, Planner), Syndicated Retail Data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI), Panel/Shopper Data Platforms (e.g. Numerator, 8451, Illuminate).
Base pay range: USD 143,730.00 to USD 191,635.00
