Position Available: Showroom Manager

Role Overview:
Rove Concepts is seeking a results-driven Showroom Store Manager to oversee our location in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be a sales-focused individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets and scaling teams in a retail or showroom environment. The Showroom Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the showroom. With a keen eye for business development and a passion for high-end retail, the successful candidate will lead by example, inspiring their team to achieve and surpass sales targets while delivering unparalleled customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and expand market presence.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and business partners to drive outbound sales and business development efforts.
- Implement clienteling strategies to nurture existing client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence within the showroom.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the showroom experience.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure the continued development and success of the sales team.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient processes.
- Manage inventory levels and product displays to ensure the showroom is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end furniture industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with experience leading sales targets of $10M+.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in clienteling and outbound sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and operational management skills to ensure showroom efficiency.
