Job DescriptionThe HR Specialist provides support to Human Resources and operational managers, to complete day to day field HR activities and ensure successful roll out of HR initiative to the business. Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and practices, researching concerns, and making recommendations that promote positive employee relations. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving day-to-day workplace matters.Job ResponsibilitiesResolve general employee relations issues; provide direction and recommendations to all levels of leadership, ensure fairness and consistency of policy and practice.Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program!Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR ManagersCoordinate all leave of absence cases to include general administration, comprehensive casemanagement, and compliance with all related policies and employment laws.Review dashboard metrics daily to optimize efficiency and ensure work is completed inaccordance with service level agreements (SLAs)Assist with HR projects and initiatives as the need arises; audit SharePoint site to ensureinformation is current and accessible.Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates inpartnership with managementAssist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associatesConnect with a third-party administrator for worker?s compensation, FMLA, and Short-TermDisability and leave.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
