Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and sales, with a proven ability to cultivate relationships and negotiate effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to enhance our market presence.
Duties
- Actively recruit new customers and manage product sales.
- Responsible for the creation of marketing plans, brand story guide, and overall annual marketing strategy.
- Manage content creation, media, social media, and customer engagement to ensure consistent market messaging and on-brand values.
- Support Business Development and collaborate with internal finance, design, and manufacturing teams to facilitate successful delivery of orders.
- Conduct research on product market, placement, competitors, and current market conditions.
- Manage the company’s existing branding and social presence (website, social media, editorial marketing collateral).
- Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partnerships.
- Coordinate with senior business development staff to implement effective lead campaign strategies.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support sales efforts.
- Produce purchase orders resulting from product sales.
- Manage material inventory and ordering.
- Schedule and host internal and external meetings.
- Provide consulting services for no less than 64 hours per calendar month (2 full days at 8 hours per day per week).
- Consulting services during the day, night, and weekend may be required.
- Travel may be required.
Required Experience:

- Motivated, energetic, and effective communicator.
- Eager to learn new concepts and skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in photography and social media content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Able to work in a team setting or independently.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and data.
- Comfortable with persuasive communication and cold-calling potential customers.
- Experience with door-to-door sales at hospitality venues (Hotels, Restaurants, Bars).
- Strong business acumen.
