Trademark Associate

Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice group in Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Denver, Dallas or Chicago. The salary for this position in Denver is between $145k to $160k and may vary depending upon a range of factors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (or less) of experience in trademark law, including clearance searches, filing strategy and prosecution, enforcement investigations, trademark infringement.
• The firm will also consider candidates with less than 5 years of experience who have a solid trademark law background.
• Experience negotiating IP agreements (such as co-existence and settlement agreements).
• Experience in advertising law, IP and technology licensing, copyright, or social media are a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials required.
• Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills; team focused.
