In addition to receiving up to 11 paid holidays, employees can earn up to 33 days of PTO each year, with the opportunity to start using PTO after hire date.CompensationBachelor's Degree: $21.30 - $23.38 per hourMaster's Degree: $23.10 - $25.18 per hourOffers based on education and years of relevant experienceProfessional Development OpportunitiesGateway Longview has a strong investment in developing the future leaders of the organization through trainings, advancement opportunities, and a formal leadership pipeline.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain a case load of 12 families, providing direct face to face contact with youth and families in accordance with the Family Voices Network and Erie County Preventive Services.Coordinate services for families enrolled in the Erie County Wraparound Program which includes oversee the aspects of Care Coordination for families enrolled in Wraparound ServicesFacilitate all Child and Family Team Meetings (CFT) and ensuring all relevant participants are includedCommunicate with all necessary providers and supports related to the planning and care for youth/familiesFulfill other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field with 4 years’ experience providing supportive services to children and their familiesCurrent NYS Driver’s License and personal vehicleAbility to build rapport with youth based on healthy boundaries, effective communication and mutual respectAbility to exercise discretion and judgement in decision makingAbility to demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, patience, and active listeningAbility to effectively work with individuals from a diverse array of cultural backgrounds, beliefs, customs, and lifestylesPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Human Services related field with 2 years’ experience providing supportive services to children and their familiesWe want to emphasize that the preferred qualifications are not required and that we are committed to helping our future colleagues develop these preferred skills.
