Responsibilities

  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Screening and Assessing candidates for jobs bought in
  • Business Development (both cold and warm) bringing onboard new clients
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market
  • Working to improve recruitment efficiency


What do you require?

  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
