Mobile Health Technician

DispatchHealth is looking for Mobile Health Technicians to join our clinical team. This role involves working with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in our mobile laboratory, providing direct patient care and gaining valuable experience. Extensive on-the-job training is provided for this exciting opportunity in mobile healthcare. A current EMT or CMA certification is required for this position. We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for a full-time position.

• Work under supervision of licensed NP/PA providers
• Patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, IV starts, and blood draws
• Splint application and wound care
• Work directly with point-of-care laboratory equipment
• Perform EKGs and support NP/PAs in daily care delivery
• Documentation, supply, and stocking

Requirements:

• Medical Technician with IV Certification
• Bachelor's degree in a core science or lab science with a minimum of 2 years' experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• BLS certification
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
