**License:**
- Current unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Colorado
- OR Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado
**Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- OR Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BCLS
- Current unrestricted certification from Hand Therapy Certification Commission (recertification required every 5 years)
**Must-Have:**
- Demonstrated understanding of treatment costs and financial support related to quality and efficiency
- Ability to analyze data from outcome measures
**Job Description:**
- Coordinate and direct patient care services for patients of all ages to ensure patient needs are met.
- Conduct patient evaluations/assessments and establish and implement a plan of care.
- Assess the effectiveness of and modify treatment plans to ensure goal achievement.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Produce quality documentation in a timely manner to support the provision of care, following professional association and regulatory guidelines.
- Collect and analyze data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress and the benefit of interventions.
- Communicate appropriately and clearly with physicians, staff, and leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of budgeting, staffing, billing/coding, and procedural planning tasks.
