Our client, a leading company located in Chicago, is on the lookout for Call Center Representatives to become part of their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for driven, customer-oriented individuals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic setting. Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer account information in the internal system
- Meet and exceed performance goals, quotas and metrics
- Accurately document and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and courteous support
Call Center Representative Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a phone-based role (telemarketing, call center, collections or customer service preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus
