The Anchorage Recorders Office is recruiting for two (2) Recorder 1s to join our team.

This is an entry-level position that will train you in land records management and give you valuable skills to be able to be promoted further with a professional career.
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking to hire a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills who is willing to learn and can work independently or as part of a team.
The Recorder 1 position performs various duties involved in accepting and processing real estate and other associated documents into the permanent public land record for districts across Alaska. Duties include customer service, frequent computer use - including Microsoft Office products, DNR web programs, word processing, and database entries - and basic retail transactions.
