Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results
- Manage and develop sales team
- Drive accountability to role expectations and provide coaching
- Foster collaborative partnerships and uncover sales or referral opportunities
- Comply with all regulations, policies, procedures, and delegated authorities
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of sales, customer service, or financial services experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience. Must possess a valid driver's license. Skills in financial guidance, financial analysis, business development, and networking.
