Agile Consultant

Role: Agile Consultant

Location: Des Moines, IA MUST be onsite

Duration: 1 year+

Responsibilities:

1. Provide thought leadership that helps the Enterprise live in and mature the agile culture and process.
2. Ensure agile practices are adopted, honed, and aligned with corporate goals and vision.
3. Work with existing coaches (Life, Enterprise Apps) and Scrum Masters (Annuity) to ensure the agile vision, practices, standards, and measurements are incorporated into teams.
4. Interview and summarize feedback from leaders on areas of greatest opportunity for agile maturation to better refine the plan in the short and long-term.
5. Additionally, focus on creation of:
1. SFG Agile playbook, including a coaching toolkit and best practices.
2. Agile Maturity Vision – Clearly articulate a continuous development and growth plan (“From/To”) that further defines agile behaviors and outcomes. Create an assessment model that allows the organization to map current state to this vision and plans to advance.
3. Core Expectations – Create guidelines to be utilized by product lines for OKR measurements of value, team roles/responsibilities, and maturity assessments (behaviors and practices).
6. Coach/lead/mentor utilizing previous Business Agility and Product Academy training.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years' Enterprise Agile coaching experience preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years' hands-on Scrum Master experience in an Enterprise/multi-project environment required.
3. Experience working with geographically separated teams and use of virtual Agile Management tools required.
4. Knowledge of Product Management/Product Mindset structures, behaviors, and practices.
