This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees.What You Will Be Doing:The Service Coordinator acts as the primary hub for the service department. As the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating repair work with customers & technicians, paying invoices and providing overall administrative duties for the department.Primary Responsibilities:Schedule, quote and discuss repair services with customers and techniciansProvide updates to customers on services and invoices both in person and over the phoneCommunicate with management about any issues related to invoicing, customer complaints and technician needsDispatch field service technicians to customer sitesOpen work orders and updating systems with service historyProcess and close work orders for completed workCreate purchase order numbers and code invoices for accounts payableAdditional Responsibilities:Adherence to all Yancey Bros. Co. Safety procedures and standardsOther administrative duties as assign by managerWho We Are Looking For:To be successful in this position you should have a prior experience in an administrative role, be able to provide a superior customer experience, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently. This position will place you in both and office and shop setting.Education/Experience:High school or equivalentRequired Qualifications/Skills:At least two (2) years as an administrative assistant or similar roleProficient with Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), Word and PowerPointAt least two (2) years assisting customers with accounts in person and over the phonePreferred Qualifications/Skills:One (1) year experience as a Service Coordinator or Service Writer in the automotive/truck/heavy equipment industryValues:At Yancey Bros.
