AIG’s Information Technology functions include application development and management, enterprise architecture, and technology risk and compliance.How you will create an impactThe Information Security Office Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, and Awareness Lead manages the team that is responsible for to following functions:Communications: Providing effective internal and external communications that drive engagement and understanding of Information Security Office initiatives and AIG’s overall information security program.Awareness and Training: Increasing employees’ understanding of cyber threats and empowering them to be safer online.Cyber Regulatory and Customer Inquiries: Preparing responses to inquiries regarding AIG's information security program from regulators, current and prospective customers, vendors, and other business affiliates.External Engagement: Leading AIG’s participation in cybersecurity-focused forums across government and industry.This position reports to the Head of Governance, Readiness and Engagement within the Information Security Office.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications and employee engagement plan to support the Information Security Office, to include communications, events, and surveys.Collaborate with project teams across the Information Security Office to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to support enterprise-wide information security projects.Develop presentations, messages, talking points, and other materials regarding the Information Security Office team, mission, priorities, and projects.Collaborate with ISO teams to draft cyber event and incident communications as needed.Develop and execute a comprehensive annual cybersecurity awareness campaign, to include an intranet site, monthly articles, annual enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness training, and at least two annual enterprise-wide events.Ensure the timely, accurate, and consistent fulfillment of information security-related inquiries from current and prospective customers, regulators, and other stakeholders.Lead AIG’s participation in cybersecurity-related organizations and forums across government and industry.Develop and track metrics related to all the above functions and prepare and maintain relevant materials for annual audits.Prepare narratives to support regulatory exams, annual cyber insurance renewal, annual sustainability reports, and other enterprise-wide efforts that require inputs regarding information security policies and programs.Develop strong partnerships and regularly coordinate with key stakeholders across the Information Security Office, IT, and AIG, to include Corporate Communications, Privacy, Legal, Learning and Development, and HR.Provide support to the broader Governance, Readiness and Engagement team as well as to the Information Security Office leadership team as needed.What you'll need to succeed:8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT.Relevant bachelor’s degree or military experience.Experience leading a team to success.Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams and people at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.Strong writing ability and experience communicating technical information clearly, concisely, and in an engaging manner.Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.Experience developing senior leadership-level presentations, reports, and dashboards.Strategic thinker with a knack for problem solving and process improvement.Ability to keep abreast of cybersecurity issues and trends, relevant regulatory compliance requirements, and emerging technologies.Diplomacy, discretion, and integrity.For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $123,000-$163,000.
