SUMMARY: The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing the implementation of new manufacturing processes. This role will focus on maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality while ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Leading and driving continuous improvement projects
- Ensuring readiness for new product/new process introductions
- Communicating project updates to leadership
- Implementing effective Lean Manufacturing practices
- Developing and maintaining CAPEX Plan for manufacturing processes
- Providing technical guidance and support
- Analyzing production trends to develop improvement plans
QUALIFICATIONS: A four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent, three-plus years related experience and/or training. Proficiency in technical writing, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and digital factory connectivity. Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation are essential.
