DescriptionAs a Marketing Coordinator on the new Foundational Marketing Programs team within the AWS Product Marketing (PMM) and Thought Leadership (TL) organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the evolving needs of both product marketing managers (PMMs) and product managers (PMs).This team provides strategic, scalable support across the organization for launches, content refreshes, and other special projects related to the product marketing roadmap that require program management support. This position offers unique exposure to the key role a PMM plays in our organization, and learning and development paths are currently being constructed to support a future transition into this space.Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects at once.Key job responsibilitiesManage effective processes and workflows to improve efficiency and adaptability within the PMM and TL orgCollaborate closely with PMMs, PMs, and stakeholder teams to support the execution of Tier 1 product launches year-round and for large-scale events—including tracking key deadlines, deliverables, and action itemsEnsure product marketing content is regularly refreshed and up-to-dateLeverage Adobe Workfront to streamline request management and fulfillmentMaintain team documents such a standard operating procedure (SOPs) and wikisA day in the lifeAbout the teamDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences.
