This position is accountable for all business development and implementation activities for the strategy. This will include leading, managing and directing strategic growth activities, developing relationships with employers, managing and coordinating internal support functions and performing client management functions. This position is accountable to monitor external market dynamics to help balance strategic market approach and to identify opportunities to expanding current market share. This position is responsible to facilitate and lead multi-disciplinary teams to implement business solutions and to facilitate strategy development and decision-making through quantifying opportunity and risk assessment.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business development or healthcare marketing.

Pay Range:

$55.61 - $93.82 / hour
