System Administrator

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Upper Marlboro, MD. We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform , cloud infrastructure systems , and related services such as Windows Server Active Directory , Microsoft Entra ID , Microsoft Intune , and VMWare VCenter . You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 platform and cloud infrastructure systems .
• Administer Windows Server Active Directory , Microsoft Entra ID , and Microsoft Intune .
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview Records Management for data compliance.
• Oversee enterprise backup/restore processes to ensure data integrity.
• Administer and maintain VMWare VCenter for virtual environments.
• Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure the security of all systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator .
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 , Windows Server Active Directory , Microsoft Intune , and Microsoft Entra ID .
• Experience with cloud servers and cloud infrastructure systems .
• Hands-on expertise with VMWare VCenter and enterprise backup/restore systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage system upgrades and security.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
