In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in several service areas including project management, web design, SEO, social media, reputation management, and content creation. You'll also get a career path that evolves with your skills and interests.
In this role , you will :

• Own tasks that s upport a variety of clients and services

• Organize your time to balance client and internal deadlines

• P articipat e in client c ommunications and service recommendations

• Adher e to our guidelines and continuously look to enhance the customer experience

• C ollaborat e with both in-office and remote team members in multiple roles

• Driv e results for clients by c reating reports, analyzing trends, projecting wins, and spotting and solving problems before they escalate

• Have e xcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audience s

Our ideal candidate will have the following :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or a related field) or a combination of education with related experience

• E xperience with customer service, web sites , SEO, content, or social media management is a plus
