This role will partner with our field services operation to help drive performance and grow business.Why Aggreko?True Business Partnering opportunity, helping drive performance and being a member of the business leadership teamCompetitive compensationAnnual bonus program tied to company and individual performanceLow cost medical plan option availableCareer growth opportunitiesSafety-focused cultureWhat you’ll do:Partner with business leaders/managers to shape and deliver a People Plan which directly links to the delivery of business objectives and enables improved commercial performance.Be the face of the People function into business leaders and identify how the people team can best support the achievement of business objectives and maintain/facilitate delivery of the local People Plan.Engage with the wider team to deliver interventions both for immediate priorities and proactively planning for tomorrow to anticipate and meet business objectives.Produce and present people related MI and business case/cost/benefit analyses to support decision making and targeting of issues.Contribute to business analysis; recognizing business trends, their impact on the business, and using this to forecast and proactively avoid/overcome potential obstacles to success.Lead change management projects, identifying when and where additional change management/project resource is required, work with the People Function to identify required resource.Using existing & agreed tools and processes, facilitate the forecasting and planning of your business area’s current and future skills and talent pipeline requirements in line with both the local and global business strategy.Support leaders to match people’s capability to changing business requirements and conditions by developing and maintaining a workforce plan and making resource projections.Act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders and managers; challenge and stretch them to achieve their maximum potential through self-awareness and understanding and, where necessary, challenge them to adapt their behavior.Collaborate with People Services to use holistic HR data/MI to identify trends and causes, quantify the effectiveness/value of People interventions, forecast the demand of People solutions, and recommend actions required. Feed this into the business to inform workforce planning decisions and update the People Plan accordingly.Foster a culture of inclusion and engagementWe’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources related field or equivalent work experienceProven track record in partnering with senior managementDemonstrated experience of all aspects of the role, including best practice and trends across similar and relatable industries, roles, and organizations.Strong commercial acumen: with demonstrated experience of developing People Plans based on a commercial understanding of their businesses, their key drivers and the environments in which they operate in.Exceptional customer/stakeholder relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing at a senior level.Pragmatic, with a genuine interest in and curiosity about our business.Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis.Solid experience in influencing, coaching, and consultingExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsExcellent change management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skillsWe recruit the best talent.
