Job Requirements / Description
We are looking for an experienced SQL Data Analyst to support a workforce management platform company in the US. The day-to-day tasks will primarily involve pulling and analyzing reports on large data sets.

Must Haves:
- 2+ years of SQL experience (basic - intermediate)
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with research, operations, and vendor teams.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and update various trackers and monitoring tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for searching and tagging owners.
- Familiarity with Slack and Gmail
- Ability to work PST 9-5
Direct Mail Needs:
- Audience Building with SQL: Utilize provided SQL scripts from Rippling growth managers, and upload them to Snowflake to build targeted audience lists for direct mail campaigns.
- Enrichment via Clay: Enhance audience data using Clay to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Opt-In Direct Mail (DM):
- Monitor Slack Channel: Regularly check the designated Slack channel for opt-in direct mail requests.
- Search Salesforce: Identify the correct Salesforce owner for each request and tag the appropriate SDR.
- Monitor GSheets: Oversee Google Sheets for tracking information and send lists to the vendor weekly.
Coordinating with the Research Team:
- Send List for Manual Enrichment: Weekly coordination with the research team to send audience lists for manual data enrichment.
- Consolidating Audience Lists: Perform account and lead-level de-duping to consolidate lists from both automated and manual enrichment processes.
Coordinating with Vendor:
- Send Audience List: Weekly coordination with the vendor to send the finalized audience list for direct mail campaigns.
- Monitor Inventory: Keep track of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Coordinating with the Operations Team:
- JIRA Ticket Filing: Create and manage JIRA tickets with detailed audience lists for tracking purposes.
- Updating Tracker: Maintain and update weekly trackers, including sequence mapping to templates, and track the volume and spend of campaigns
Nice to have:
- Experience with Snowflake
- Understanding of direct mail campaign strategies and best practices.
