We are seeking a driven District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Northern Nevada. As a key member of our franchise team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing operations, and fostering a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Achieve operational excellence by ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and customer service expectations.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Optimize restaurant performance by managing labor, food costs, and inventory.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to build strong restaurant teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a District Manager role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
