Real Estate Analyst

Our client is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in providing equity and credit investments to established sponsors in multifamily and commercial assets across the U.S.

The role offers significant growth opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing exposure to commercial real estate finance in the U.S. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the investment process, including market research, investment analysis, due diligence, asset management, preparing investment memos, and assisting the broader investment team.

Qualifications:

• Manage the investment pipeline
• Underwrite and assess potential transactions
• Identify preferred equity and debt investment opportunities
• Draft investment memos and perform due diligence
