Document Review Attorney

Morae Global is seeking Document Review Specialists for an onsite document review project in our Houston, Texas office. We anticipate staffing approximately 15 reviewers for this project, with a preference for licensed attorneys but will consider paralegals to round out the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed review of documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality.
• Accurately code documents and assist with the preparation of legal memoranda and reports.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistency and quality in review work.
• Adhere to project deadlines and Morae Global’s standards for document review procedures.

Requirements:

• For Attorneys: Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with any U.S. state bar.
• For Paralegals: Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in document review.
• Previous experience in document review is highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas for the duration of the project.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
