We're looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Digital Sales Operations team to help our station sales teams and sales coordinators manage our Sinclair Broadcast Group digital account business. This candidate needs to be detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. No two days will be the same. In this role you will work alongside Sales and Operations. This position reports into the Corporate Digital Sales Operations Manager for Sinclair's Digital Business.
Responsibilities:
- Enter digital orders received from stations into our order entry system
- Coordinate ad processes, organize creatives, provide campaign reporting and assist in other areas related to sales processes
- Regular communication with station sales and sales coordinators, production teams and other station/corporate departments
- Be a key point of contact between assigned stations/campaigns and fulfillment teams
- See requests and issues through to a timely resolution
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations to assist with billing
- Must be comfortable training and mentoring station sales assistants/coordinators
- Provide order entry backup to assigned station groups for high volume or PTO coverage
- Review larger digital orders from assigned station groups for accuracy
- Maintain training materials, product documentation, and order entry documentation
- Act as the liaison between stations and AOS Tier 2 Support
- Digital order entry for National Sales teams
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency, marketing firm or similar organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A high level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to work with remote sales teams to problem-solve issues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focused
- Excellent communication - written and oral

The hourly compensation range for this role is $21.87 to $27.23. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
