Cipia is a global leader in in-cabin monitoring using advanced computer vision AI. We work with automotive manufacturers worldwide to implement our software, which detects driver distraction, drowsiness, dangerous actions while driving, cabin occupancy, and more. Our market is strongly driven by regulation and safety standards which are expected to lead to mass adoption.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our global sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our business with Tier1’s and OEMs in the USA.

You will work closely with the product team, global sales, marketing, project, and customer support teams to ensure addressing customer’s needs.


Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of sales experience with automotive manufacturers and Tier 1s.
  • Proven sales skills and success record.
  • Superb communication skills, verbally and in writing. Excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Possess the ability to understand complex client strategies and tactical requirements and to clearly articulate the company’s offerings to develop solutions that deliver value.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsbilities:
  • Grow Cipia business with Tier1’s and OEMs in the USA.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and process to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound activities, industry events, and networking.
  • Support presale activities – product and technology presentations, demos, and technical Q&A.
  • Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive industry engagement at industry events and conferences.

Travel:
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Travel estimated at 20%
