Overview
Audacy, Inc. is seeking a Continuity Coordinator to join our Traffic team to execute traffic best practices, entering and modifying copy instructions for local and national sales orders.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Provide backup and assistance to continuity coordinators in designated traffic center when necessary
Manage commercial input for stationsutilizing WideOrbit traffic system and vCreative (entering and modifying copy instructions for local and national sales orders)
Work with Sales Management and Account Executives on WideOrbit system to ensure proper commercials are on air
Reviewing and revising production orders for distribution to commercial production department
Liaison with sales and programming to resolve issues and build relationships
Work with Traffic Supervisors and Technical Leads:
Assisting in system upgrades
Providing daily customer support to users
Maintaining clean database
Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
2+ years of experience working with Traffic Systems (preferably WideOrbit) and vCreative, radio experience preferred
Ability to multitask, manage and follow through on multiple projects, prioritize duties, and handle a high volume workload
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication, training, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to effectively identify and analyze problems and recommend solutions to address challenges
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office is preferred
Flexibility to work extended hours, as needed
