This role is responsible for delivering configuration for various enrollment, billing, reconciliation, correspondence, and reporting stories within an Agile framework. Position duties include:Participating and providing recommendations in the development of test frameworksMaintaining a level of quality delivered for the application testing within the releasePromoting repeatability, reusability, efficiencies, and cross training to facilitate the development and maintenance of a matrixed organizationProviding estimates for testingContributing to defining, developing, and maintaining the test case inventory, requirements traceability matrix, and test plans over the life of the releaseMonitoring changes in test case priority based on changing project delivery prioritiesIdentifying and requesting appropriate data based on testing requirements and types of tests to executeMaintaining interaction with key areas to define test cases, establish requirements traceability matrix for functional and nonfunctional requirements, identify test data, and assist in the development and execution of test scripts and validation of test resultsProviding cross training of application / technical knowledge to other individuals within the organizationWriting SQL and PL/SQL at an intermediate levelDefining, developing, and maintaining test scriptsIndependently executing test plans and test scriptsIndependently validating results of test execution and actual vs. expected resultsRecording and tracking defects uncovered during the execution of tests and actively participating in their resolution; proposing and designing retest cases/scripts/data to retest defectsRepresenting the team at project meetings to discuss statuses, defects for responsible area, assess impacts, and provide input into schedule revisions at both the project and release levelParticipating in the deployment of certification tasksPosition Qualifications:2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Databases4-6 years of experience across the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), with experience contributing to estimation (resource planning), capacity planning, requirement traceability matrixes, testing frameworks and strategy, and post implementation reviews4-6 years of experience owning test case development, manual/automation test scripts, and test results review across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)4-6 years of experience with quality engineering practices, including various types of test creation and execution4-6 years of experience with industry standard testing tools (e.g. Rational Tool Suite, Mercury, etc.)4-6 years of experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (4-6 years)A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related fieldNote: This role is NOT open to C2C or 3 rd party candidates#ALINE11
