Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Salem, MA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
**Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery/Post-Partum RN
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 12 Hours Day/Evening/Night (Rotating)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years
**License:** Active RN License
**Certifications:** BLS, NRP & EFM (certified every 2 years), ACLS preferred
**Must-Have:** Experience in labor & delivery, postpartum, circulate, and newborn care
**Job Description:**
- Work within a 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery, 2 Operating Rooms, 2 Antepartum Rooms, and Recovery Rooms.
- Provide patient care with a ratio of L&D 1:2-3 for evaluations and 1:1 for active labor, magnesium infusion, or epidural administration.
- Postpartum care with a patient ratio of 1:3-4.
- Manage a diverse patient population.
- Chart patient information using the EPIC system.
- Handle rotating shifts with one night on call every other weekend.
- Floatation is not required within the unit.
