Position Summary: NextRow Digital is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Staffing Account Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs, collaborating with internal recruiters to identify and submit the right candidates, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their IT staffing needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Work proactively to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion of services.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to gather detailed information on open positions and specific IT skill sets required.

Understand the client's business objectives and translate these into technical staffing needs.

Provide clients with consultative insights on the current IT talent market and trends.

Candidate Sourcing and Profile Submission:

Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidate profiles.

Review and assess resumes to ensure they meet client requirements before submission.

Coordinate and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback to both parties.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Partner with recruiting teams to strategize on sourcing methods and candidate selection processes.

Communicate client feedback to recruiters, ensuring the ongoing improvement of candidate submissions.

Support recruiters by providing them with detailed job descriptions and insights into client needs.

Account Growth and Performance Tracking:

Monitor and track client account performance, including candidate placements and overall satisfaction.

Analyze client feedback and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of services.

Drive the achievement of business targets by expanding service offerings within accounts.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment account management.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
