Steel Toe Logistics, Inc. an Amazon Delivery Partner, is seeking Delivery Associates .

Successful Steel Toe Delivery Associates are organized, optimistic, and customer-centric problem solvers who enjoy the physical nature of the work.
Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (No CDL Required)

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Age 21 or older

• At least 4 years of driving experience

• Available to work weekends and high volume seasons

• Available 11am-9pm

Preferred Candidates can

• Walk a brisk 15-minute mile

• Can work at least one Saturday or Sunday

• Have 5+ years operating smartphone and GPS technology on a regular basis

• Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus

Job Requirements

• Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner; delivers with a smile!

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (don't worry - most packages are lighter than that!)

• Able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150+ stops (in all types of weather)

• Able to walk up flights of stairs

• Able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban, and city areas

Job Description

• Drive a delivery van (Ram Promaster) to customer locations

• Climbs in and out of a van, and walks up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions

• Independently solve delivery issues while being passionate about customer service

• Follow up on customer requests or problems with solution-oriented approach keeping customers informed of delivery progress

• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles

• Sort and prepare a delivery route

• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition always

• Assist in training and delivery for other team members

• When appropriate, carry out other delivery station activities as required

Location We operate out of 10 Industrial Rd, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
