Qualifications

1. University degree and excellent academic record required
2. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
4. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
5. Willingness to live on-site at the Hostel
6. Strong passion for hosting guests
7. Previous experience working at a hostel
8. Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement
9. Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
10. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
11. Willingness to travel
12. Clean driving record and ability to drive a company car

What you’ll do

1. Assist with managing and leading a motivated team to achieve the hostel’s target goals.
2. Manage daily operations within your task responsibilities to ensure the hostel is running at optimum performance and maintaining profitability.
3. Host and serve guests as they travel through the city while having a fantastic stay and an excellent experience at ITH.
