Job Responsibilities

1. Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
2. Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
3. Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
4. Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
5. Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
6. Examine and evaluate new patients
7. Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
8. Establish a plan goal and time frame
9. Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
10. Measure and track intervention effectiveness
11. Educate the patient on continuing care

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Accredited PT program graduate
2. Up-to-date state PT license
3. Able to create and implement outpatient treatment plans
4. Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
5. 1+ year(s) of outpatient experience
6. Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan
7. Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
8. Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population

We are looking to add highly qualified and excellent Physical Therapists to our team who want to grow in becoming excellent clinicians while having work-life balance. We do this by offering an annual continuing education benefit of $2500 to be used at the PTs discretion towards their area of interest. Whatever your clinical interests are, we will support you with the necessary financial and time resources needed. As part of FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers, we also offer internal continuing education in Orthopedics, Pelvic Floor, and Vestibular/Balance Rehabilitation that is FREE. That means your annual benefit of $2500 is not used for our internal continuing education courses.

We recognize that burnout is rampant in our profession. That is why we allow our team members to use their accrued Paid-Time-Off however they need. We do not separate sick versus personal leave. If you need time off, then take it as you need. We support our team members in having the right work-life balance by providing one-on-one patient care and certified and licensed support staff. We also have highly skilled Client Care Specialists and aides that ensure that the patient is set up to have a wonderful experience with you as the provider.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
